#Headlight assembly
low beam light:Illuminate the road ahead of the vehicle,It does not dazzle oncoming drivers or other road users.or vehicle lights that do not cause discomfort.
#car high-beam light:Illuminate the road ahead of the vehicle at a long distance,Applicable to complex roads without street lights in the wild.
👌Some types of headlights have both low-beam and high-beam lights in one unit, while others have them separated.
#The concept of glare
When the brightness of the light source or objects in the visual scene is much higher than the brightness that the eyes have adapted to, the human eyes feel dazzled, which is called glare. Glare can cause eye discomfort and reduced visibility.
#front fog lights:
(Auxiliary lighting)For improving road lighting in rainy, foggy, snowy, or dusty conditions.
#rear fog light:
When driving in heavy fog, turn on the rear fog lights,Make it easier for the driver behind to see your car, preventing a rear-end collision,Prevent scratching
front and rear signal lights of a car:
#turn signal:Signal lights used to indicate to other road users that the vehicle will turn left or right.Front turn signal, rear turn signal, side turn signal
#brake light:Indicates to the driver behind that the vehicle is braking. The brake light may be illuminated by a retarder or similar device,In low-visibility conditions, turning on the brake lights can prevent rear-end collisions and avoid traffic accidents.
#front position light:The front position lights of the vehicle, warning the drivers of the vehicles on both sides of the vehicle's width, to avoid side collisions.
#rear position lamp:Rear position lights, warning lights installed on both sides of the rear of the vehicle, warn the drivers on both sides to pay attention when overt to avoid side collisions.
#Backup light:Illuminate the road or environment behind the vehicle and warn the driver behind that the vehicle is reversing.
#Reply reflector:A device that indicates the presence of a vehicle to an observer near the light source by reflecting light from an external light source.
#Position light:Installed at the outermost edges of the vehicle and as close to the highest point as possible, the lamps used to indicate the vehicle model, for certain and trailers, are used to supplement the front and rear position lamps to draw special attention to the overall vehicle.
#Side Marker Lights:Alerting the driver and nearby people and animals to the presence of vehicles on both sides

👉The main structure of vehicle lamps:
1.Light source
2.Mirror
3.Lens/Illumination Lens
4.Conductor or wiring device
5.Protective Sealing Structure
6.Dimming mechanism(Typically, this is limited to headlights and front fog lights).
7.The lamp body, which also serves as a heat dissipation structure.
8.Decorative components, connection structures
9.Light shield,Mostly used for headlights or front fog lights
10.Dust and Water-Resistant Cover
The image lists the components of the headlight assembly, and our product is the light source part inside, compatible with 95% of the vehicles on market.Modifications are easier
Automotive Lighting Standards
There are mainly three global standards for automobile lamps:
1.The SAE standards of the United States
2.European ECE Standards
3.Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS)
The national standards for lamps set by China are based on the European ECE standards, taking into account the actual conditions of our roads which are similar to those European countries.

Luminous Flux and Its Units
The light flux (Φ) of a light source is the amount of light emitted by the source in a unit of time. It is denoted by φ measured in lumens (Im). For example, a 12V H4 bulb, under its rated voltage, has a light flux of 120lm for high beam and 750lm for low beam.
The light intensity I is defined as the luminous flux emitted by the light source in a given direction per unit solid angle, which is referred to as light intensity (abbreviated as light strength) in that direction, denoted by I, with the unit being cd (candela). 1 cd = Im .1/sr.
·Illuminance E Illuminance (referred to as illuminance) is a quantity that characterizes the degree of surface illumination. It is amount of luminous flux received per unit area of the surface. It is denoted by E, and is given by the equation E=d Φ/d S. unit of illuminance is Ix (lux), where 1 Ix = 1 Im.mm-2.
